Created in 1927, CVCC became a semi-private club to benefit locals. Cobre Valle Country Club, the 2nd oldest course in Arizona, boasts nine unique golf holes on links that span some 3338 yards.
The par 36 course has rating of 69.9 from the Arizona Golf Association, with a slope rating of 116.
The course is laid out with additional back tees to accommodate eighteen holes of challenging golf at 6487 yards.
The ninteenth hole - The Cobre Den - is a nicely appointed Sports Bar open at 11:00am daily in the clubhouse.
In addition to golf, the Cobre Valle Country Club features a large swimming pool, volleyball, tennis, basketball and racquet-ball courts, and an up-to-date well--equipped fitness center.
